Cloisonné Pins

NEW CLOISONNE - This is the traditional method of producing lapel pins. The design is stamped into copper or steel and then the recessed areas are filled by hand with a special resin utilized to provide the ability to match PANTONE colors. . The pins are then oven baked and polished to obtain a smooth surface. 

CLOISCREEN™ - A combination of two processes. Utilizes a new cloisonné pin with selected details being created with screen or laser printing process. Small details can then be in color.
 

Soft Enamel Pins

DIE-STRUCK SOFT ENAMEL, STEEL POLY (VALUESTAR) AND SATIN FINISH (NO COLORS) - These pins are produced in a similar manner to cloisonné except that the colors, when specified, are produced using enamel or lacquer paint. A very low cost method of pin production which utilizes a steel (iron) base material. Colors can be Pantone matched. Satin finish utilizes raised smooth and recessed light textured areas. Being relatively soft, the surface can be protected with an epoxy dome if desired.
 

Printed Pins

PHOTO-ETCHED, SCREEN PRINT AND OFFSET PRINT - Colors are filled or silk screen printed onto a
thinner brass base. PANTONE matching of colors is available and the surface is protected with an epoxy dome.
